Mary browns never misses the mark ! Always hot always fresh always give me loads of taters they will substitute a salad for gravy. Just all around great experience every single time !

I showed the cashier my order on my phone and explained that I was here to pick up my order but she refused to give me my food. I explained multiple times that I ordered my food through Door dash and I was picking my order up in-person. She continued to deny giving me my food thinking I was a delivery driver as she kept saying: "we don't give away the food unless you have a thermal bag". I continued repeating myself, and was eventually given my order. I'm not sure what I should have said/done to avoid being denied my ordered.
