Everything was fantastic! Well packed and great portions for the price. I would order the Lotus Roots (凉拌藕片), Sweet Buns (奶黄豆沙包), and Pan Fried Pork (煎豬餃) again. The lotus roots were particularly interesting. Very crunchy and tangy! I wasn't a huge fan of the Steamed Yuzu Chicken Soup (蒸柚子雞湯餃), but I knew they were risky because I'm picky about yuzu. They had plenty of broth, though. Not dry at all.

I ordered the beef noodle soup &
Pork belly bun. The beef was tougher than I wanted probably because it wasn't as fatty. They give you tons of fresh noodles! The pork belly button was perfect! And this is came on a huge bun.

The Beef Noodle (牛肉面) is so delicious and nourishing, especially when I feel a cold coming on. Topped with a little chili crisp and soy...it's so so good. We've also tried the dumplings, the pan fried and soup are all exactly what you'd want. And the vegetarian beef bao is incredible!

I have been getting the steamed soup dumplings for year and I truly believe they are the best in Denver. When they are ordered via DoorDash they are stillgood but not near as good as in person and fresh!
Im not even vegan but the vegan beef bun is the best thing ive had.
And I always love the pork noodle bowl, this is the first time trying beef.
