I ordered a bacon croissant, and it seems every time I order bacon, it comes as sausage, it's cold, and the croissant is not fresh, it's hard. The first time I ordered one of these it was fantastic, but it seems to have gone down hill. The donuts are good though

The donut holes taste good; however, it would be nice to be asked what would I like to be substituted when things are out of stock. I understand the donut holes and not getting 12 chocolate, but 24 glazed instead. Thats fine. However, I wanted a breakfast sandwich and got a kolache in its place. It is so spicy I don't think I can eat it and therefore wasted money. Ive never even had one of these before. Asking the customer would be a better practice than just sticking something in the bag. First order here and im really disappointed.

the breakfast croissants are giant! the Kolaches are okay. the Maple Bacon Long John is delicious.

Every time we order the Kolaches or Breakfast Croissant (Bacon, Ham, Sausage with egg & cheese) they arrive completely cold. I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times, but now I'm starting to think that they just sell them cold?? I also can never tell which Kolache is "regular" and which is (supposedly) jalapeño. The donuts are always tasty.
