Best Ramen and Fried Chicken in the PNW. Even their to go containers are awesome (2in1 which makes storing lefto easier as noods are not stored in the broth) fried chicken crispy like in the south and the dipping sauce flavor is on point. So much flavor and fresh veggies.

We travel for a living and have had ramen all over the country. This was definitely up there with our favorites . (Helpful note: the thick noodles are like a classic handmade noodle, while the thin noodles are more like what you'd get in instant ramen.) Hokkaido Butter Ramen was SO rich and delicious- the pork was still super crispy. The Spicy Garlic Ramen was tasty, but the meat was a little tough. The Fried Tofu had gotten soft in transit but was still really, really good. Will definitely order again next time we're in Portland.

The Tantanmen was DELICIOUS!! The broth was savory, the pork cooked to perfection. Spicy but tolerable. I can't wait to enjoy another bowl again :)

The Hokkaido Butter Ramen might have been the best ramen ive ever had. i am floored. i am so satisfied. i will be bringing all of my friends to the restaurant now.
