The consistency from this place is amazing, it's the same plate every time, same level of perfection, same level of freshness. You can tell they take their time with every order. As a chef and catering company owner, I am very impressed.

Ebi tempura (shrimp) was crispy and the Tuna roll was delicious

Unfortunately nothing we ordered was good. Flavorless beef bowl with super soggy vegetables. Chicken tasted like old deep fryer oil

Got the Egg Chicken katsu and it tasted like it was reheated from yesterday. the crust was soggy and the chicken was tough.
They do not have Shichimi even though it's on the menu you only get sriracha.
Despite that katsu not being up to par the Rice and Miso soup were good

Kara age chickens 6pcs was dry and had a weird sweetness to it. Udon Soup was mid but not bad. I can tell it has preservatives and isn't very clean. shrimp was overcooked but edible. I didn't order any sushi so maybe that's best but I wouldn't order here again. I can tell alot from a Japanese spot by their Udon Soup and the noodles were not fresh
