Turkey and cheddar was lacking cheddar but the Caprese Salad was to die for

The first time I ordered, the caprese and strawberry Nutella crepes arrived perfect and I fell in love with both. The second and third time I ordered the same crepes because they are so delicious, but the last two times they arrived soggy and completely fell apart into sloppy messes even though I ordered them extra crispy, which was disappointing. I don't want to give them less than 5 stars though because they don't have many reviews yet and their crepes are tasty even if they don't always maintain their structural integrity.
