I know bolognese sauce uses cream or milk but you added so much dairy it looks like vodka sauce and tastes like alfredo. If I wanted a cream sauce I would have ordered an alfredo pasta.

I love the pasta, but twice I have ordered the Ziti Alforno and the description says it is supposed to have savory ground beef medley sauce and both times it did not have any ground beef whatsoever. I was hoping the 1st time was just an oversight, but after ordering it twice, I think someone who is preparing this dish does not realize that they are not making it as advertised.

I love your pasta and I would give you a 5-star rating, but the protein is often missing from the pasta dishes that I order. You advertise that your Fettuccine Verde comes topped with freshly grilled chicken, but I did not get the chicken.
