It is the second day in a row that I had ordered an oat cappuccino that was made with regular milk. I am severely allergic to lactose. I was super upset because I had to file a report yesterday for the same issue and the same exact thing happened today. Today, I was not ale to receive a refund for something that I cant drink because I had requested one for this yesterday.
