• DoorDash orderI recently ordered from this restaurant, excited to try their Chili Momo , Chicken Lollipop ,Jhol Momo, and Piro Aloo , but I was left very disappointed. All dishes were overrun with salt, making them nearly inedible. Instead of enhancing the flavors, the excessive salt completely masked what could have been a delightful experience.
If you’re using Nepali culture to sell food, it's crucial to understand the balance of flavors that truly represent the cuisine. I encourage the owner to pay attention to seasoning and focus on quality ingredients. There's potential here, but significant improvements are needed to satisfy true Nepali taste buds.
