The coffee was fine and nicely packed but they chose to not give the complimentary chocolate they would have given had you gone to pick it up yourself. Its happened on every order. Would be great if they could rectify this

I ordered a tutti frutti single which includes a waffle, icecream, strawberries and banana. I received only the waffle and ice cream. None of the fruits! I ordered this to enjoy the experience of all the ingredients together. Not just half of it!
