The 3pc chicken (leg/thigh) is absolutely delicious! The chicken is crispy with a nice crunch and extremely moist on the inside. Cooked very well. The Hainan Chicken Rice was light and flavorful. The rice is cooked in chicken broth (?), but it feels healthy. I would go back for more!

the bone broth was a disappointment. chicken was ok, not much flavor, but the sauces made it better. parts of the rice was undercooked and I don't know why they put soy sauce on the rice... that ruined the rice flavor. the 1hr egg was worth a try, very tender white and runny yolk.

I want to say that I really like their Fried Chicken Bucket here. however, when you buy the "bucket", it's not in a container that helps keep the chicken crispy. By the time I received the three Fried Chicken Buckets, the chicken was all soggy and not crispy like it would have been if it were in a different container that isn't plastic with a lid ... I spent over $100 on this order and it really disappointed me.
