I ordered the Ultimate Nachos, they arrived with broken chips like in the bottom of the bag. I don't mind paying for delivery, but this was just trashed and went into the trash. Very disappointed. Your employees know better than this. Usually, I receive quality food. I deserve a refund.

Paid 21$ for a 12 inch with a side of Mac n cheese, didn't get the sandwich or the Mac n cheese and was only offered 5$ as compensation, I will never deal with door dash again or McAlister's again. If you're in lucedale don't even do it because these people will send you terrible food that's not even what you paid for, is cheaper than what you paid for and then be rude AND keep your money.
