Justaspud® was really bad. Got two small potatoes (not one large one) that looked like they had sat under a heating lamp all day. The insides were dry as a bone, brown, and burnt in some spots. Did not receive butter or sour cream to go with it. Tomato & Cucumber Salad was good and the soups were alright.

Order was wrong, however when I went back to address the issue; the entire staff were extremely friendly about it. They made good on my order and added a treat. Very good customer service. Food was tasty.

Flavor was good. However, the sandwich was 90% bread. My pickle was thicker than this sandwich. There was little to no chicken on each half, and two tiny pieces of bacon. NOTHING like the picture.

my first time having McAlister's deli. everything was amazing. club wrap , broccoli 🥦 cheese soup, steamed broccoli 🥦 , and brownie. good flavor .nice portions. I have some leftover for dinner. I wouldn't change a thing . I will definitely order again.
