This makes a third time I didn't get the tea that I ordered :/ One of my favorite parts of eating here. Plz get it together

Garden Fresh turkey sandwich, side and salad were very good. However, there was no straw or salad dressing for my caesar salad. Missing items seems to be a recurring issue with this store. Overall, pretty good.

Order was incomplete they have menu items on website but not available. I ordered Kickin Crab Chowder and it's not available so I have to call and ask for a refund. I'm disappointed in McAlisters and DoorDash as this can effect the drivers tip and customers attitude when using app. The quality of presentation was not what it used to be to be either more then half The Italian was left meatless as it was an afterthought ... let's say a bad taste was left in my mouth literally. Do better.
