Normally I'm pretty pleased with my order from McDonald's, and this one specifically as I order from them often, however today was just bad. The Dr pepper I ordered tasted like diet, the hash browns tasted like they were microwaved from YESTERDAY morning, and my egg McMuffin was HARD AND CHEWY. Please do better.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. It came with some mysterious white sauce, lettuce and tomato....which is not a quarter pounder with cheese. Also ordered a Big Mac - came super dry and meat was burnt and old. Sooooo disappointing.

Food sucked today. Icee was melted (I live right down the street), fries were stale, cold, and bland, and the filet o fish was greasy and cold.

Burger 🍔was dry and tasteless. Sad no apples. pies were 3 hours after the serve by time.
The bottle of water was good.
So sad you can't find employees who care about what they do.
