ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers and it was filled with ingredients I specified for it not to be added, fries were fine, but the coffee I ordered tastes like they completely doused it with cream... I never changed any of the settings

The food was cold when I received it. I have had this issue before with McDonalds. With a bill of $20 for a combo meal, at least the food should be hot and appetizing.
