It was like they fried the 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® & Basket of Fries in dirty breakfast oil. taste like burnt maple syrup

Neither Big Mac® had ANY sauce despite specifying extra. Made them taste bland. How do you not put any sauce on a Big Mac that's supposed to have it by default, much less if a customer requests EXTRA?

The bottom patty was burnt. I asked for no mayo. Everything was packed with the cold apple slices so the fries and burger were both cold. This was disgusting.
