Poor DoorDash delivery driver has to reach out to me to apologize for how long this McDonald's was taking. Once we got our food, the burgers are beyond dry, I had to re-heat my fries, and our one request of no lettuce on our chicken sandwich just couldn't be followed for some reason. Even paid extra for cheese on the mcchicken and had to remove it because so much lettuce was melted into it. It's late, I get it. But it's also the weekend. Maybe don't offer delivery services past a certain hour if the employees cannot handle it.

They lost my order then it took them 1 hour to make it. When it arrived the order was incomplete. This is the second time in 2 weeks.
