our food was fresh and our order was everything we wanted. no mess up and they even gave us ketchup packets with our fries. Very outstanding in their service.

2/5 times I've ordered from here I have missing items from my orders when I order during normal meal times. What food I get is good, but I think the issue is that they are understaffed and thinly spread in the kitchen.
