Missing ingredients. Did not include M&M topping on sundae or the dipping sauce that I specifically ordered as a separate item to make sure they would see it and it wouldn't go unnoticed as an add-on. The rest was fine.

They got ever right but it wild be nice if the fries were full. We know as they cool they will shrink down but not to the point where they are only half full.
