They NEVER put straws in the bag unless you request one, and even then. . . Sandwichs get made with stale bagels, and they don't care. Would not recommend Johnstown McDonald's to anyone!

Maybe actually cook the sausage buscuits before putting them in the bag. I keep getting barely cooked sausage biscuits. I know they are busy but it's still unacceptable. The sausage should be hot and the buscuits browned.

For the first time, I was disappointed with the food they gave me. I ordered a steak egg and cheese on a bagel meal, and the bagel they put my food on was so stale I could have turned it into bread crumbs. not to mention the sandwich was barely wrapped and hollandaise sauce got everywhere. I ended up throwing out the bagel and just cutting up the steak, which was dried out, btw and egg with my hasbrown. It's also only 7am when I placed this order so I don't understand all the stale food.

Why can't this particular McDonald's get anything right. This is constant. Twice in 2 days i ordered sausage buscuits that were so cold and rubbery i could not eat them. They can never give you the amount of cream and sugar you ask for so you can actually drink your hot drink the way you like it. Tired of not getting something to stir my drink or napkins in the bag. What am i supposed to use my finger as a spoon. I ordered nuggets and 2 apple pies last night. The apple pies that i was very much excited for ended up coming cold and the apples were one big piece of rubber. I have never seen such terrible food and service from a place.
