Why do they always miss one item form the order? Every time there is always one item missing.

The Bacon Triple with Mc Nuggets were very good and hot. The french fries very crispy and crunchy, just the way I like it. And the Mc Flurry was the cold and nice touch for a hot evening. Thank you!
