Surprising, fries were hot and crispy. McRib was quite tasty, pleasant surprise. Added preferences were followed perfectly!

Never Again! Fries were cold, old, and not edible. Tossed in garbage. Ordered extra pickles, the sandwich came with one pickle and bread was hard. Tossed in garbage. Ordered chocolate shake. It was vanilla ice cream with way too much chocolate syrup. Tossed in garbage. I blame the leadership. For the amount of money we're being charged this is unacceptable! Things are changing, and consumers are starting to hold you people accountable. I feel sorry for the employees, because they are the ones in the middle dealing with unhappy customers. McDonald's used to be fun, but greed and declining quality has ruined it for me and many other consumers.

I liked that McDonald's fixed my Big Mac just like I ordered, with extra onions, pickles and sauce. BUT, the bun was stale (too hard to eat).

The past theee times I have ordered from here the food is all cold. The fries are hardly cooked through. The Big Mac had cheese when I asked for no cheese. The sticker said no cheese on it you taped to the box. The fact the Big Mac is now the size of barley a double cheeseburger saturated in lettuce and 1000 island is horrible for the price you people charge. I will no longer be a customer.

My Iced Caramel Macchiato was horrible. No coffee and not sure what it is. Tasted like a diluted cup of milk with sugar.
