I ordered a mocha, not a frappe. . Also, it doesn't have a straw. How do you drink a frappe with no straw?

Ordered for the 2nd time and they always forogt something on my ticket and doesnt have the right number to call the restaurant to the get the problem resolved.. Chicken McGriddle was cold and hard
