My food was delicious, the burger was hot , cheese was melted, my fries were so good, my Diet Coke tasted amazing fresh and crisp.

Good food but every time I order something from mcDonalds, they always forget an item and I have to request a refund for something. It's pretty unprofessional, but it happens so often I'm starting to wonder if it's really accidental at this point.
