Every time I order a drink without ice, it’s consistently served with ice. If the option for “no ice” is available, it should be honored, especially since it’s clearly indicated on the cup. I prefer my soda without ice because I drink it slowly and want to avoid it becoming watered down. On a positive note, I appreciate that the food is always hot and fresh when I receive it.
