I did not get any fries at all and I ordered 3 combos and I didn’t get my Big Mac either!!!! I spent 40 dollars on this food!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my entire order and see my requests followed however I didn't get a straw and my nuggets looked and tasted like they were sitting in a warmer the last 12 hours and they were cold and hard.
