They are excellent. Just a tiny error yesterday – order forgot syrup and they replaced my meal free today. They are helpful friendly and went above and beyond accommodate me. I love this store and this location is of the best people. Of course it's East Tennessee. Sweetwater Tennessee McDonald's.
