Paid to add lettuce to the double quarter pounder, they added literally what looks like a pinch of lettuce. Nowhere near enough to taste or be worth paying extra for. Aside from that, the smoothie I ordered was pure liquid like they made the smoothie long before the food was even done.

The single item burger was squished, the deluxe burger and crispy chicken were 99% lettuce, and everything seemed like it was just thrown into the bag to the point that the fries were spilled everywhere inside. Ordered a Dr Pepper, received a diet instead of a regular, and they knew this because the diet bubble was pushed down on the drink lid.
I've gotten used to the quality of McDonald's going down, but this is a new low.

I've never had an issue with this store, until today. The meat was lukewarm and dry, almost burnt. Fries and nuggets were also barely warm. The dasher was fast and friendly, so the food really should not have had time to get cold.
