This McDonald’s location consistently delivers an abysmal customer experience. Whether ordering through the drive-through or via DoorDash, my orders are perpetually incorrect, often containing items meant for someone else or missing entirely. It’s evident that attention to detail is not a priority for this team. Worse yet, the staff appears indifferent to their repeated failures, giving the impression that they lack pride in their work. The management seems equally disengaged, allowing this pattern of incompetence to persist unchecked. It is astonishing that such disregard for basic customer satisfaction is tolerated. Paying customers deserve the orders they place, not frustration and disappointment. If the team at this location cannot meet the simplest of expectations, it reflects poorly on their leadership and their commitment to the McDonald’s brand. This establishment needs a serious overhaul in both staff training and management direction to regain the trust of its customers.

The fries were cold and hard and I paid to get extra sauce on the McRib and it was very dry....not up to McDonald's standards today 😑
