cold meal received once again, as well no straws or napkins, and burgers missing there extras ECT. nothing new for port Adelaide McDonald's! very poor service

My experience with McDonald's Port Adelaide has been consistently disappointing.
Each time I order, 2/3 of my food and drinks are missing.
I’ve spoken multiple times to the same male employee who claims to be the manager.
He insists he personally prepared and packaged the meals, but every time, he’s “pretty sure” everything is included, suggesting the driver might have stolen the items-even though the bag is always sealed.
When questioned, he implies that drivers can reseal the bags, and when I ask why a driver would take small items like Happy Meal toys, drinks and fries instead of a larger meal, he has no answer.
The manager’s usual response is to just call Door Dash for a refund, expecting them to fix his consistent mistakes. McDonald’s head office, I urge you to reassess your management at this location before the situation worsens.
