The first time I ordered this, the bagger did not put my food in the bag, only my drinks. So when I received my order, there was only drinks. I had to submit a return to doordash and reorder the food. I called McDonalds, they apologized, gave me a free Frappe and a coupon for a free meal. This has been the most caring and best customer service from a McDonalds I've ever seen. Thank you!

For some reason it took a long time for my order to even be assigned to a dasher. So I called this McDonalds and asked them could they remake my drinks so they wouldn't be melted, and they said they'd remake the whole order for me. I GREATLY APPRECIATE this McDonalds!!! Good customer service goes A LONG WAY!!

the 2 Half Strips Bacon was over cooked but overall really good and the Big Breakfast with Muffin and Hotcake was extremely good highly recommend it
