I ordered a hot Caramel Hot Chocolate the cup was only half full and it was ice cold. It tasted bad. Like the milk was bad.

ordered a Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal received without tomatoes, lettuce,pickles, ketchup, mustard....also the meat was salty for my taste. Hope it gets better
