I ordered a 2 Sausage Gravy Biscuit Platter - Meal and did not receive the hashbrown. when i talked to my dasher they agreed to fix the issue. unfortunately the woman working the window said she would not give my driver the missing item.

Everything was great, and hot. My kids Hi-C's were watered down though. Food got here quick so I'm assuming it was the drink machine.
