Order took over 30 minutes to receive from restaurant 0.4 miles away from where I work. Was assigned one dasher then changed to another after 20 minutes. French Fries were cold and stale, Apple Pie was cold. Only thing good was the coffee.

Missing overpriced side items, coffee didn't have enough cream and sugar and cannot specify or ask for extra. I should at least be able to request the same things I could at drive-through without ridiculous mark ups

Fries were cold and stale as were the nuggets the tea didn't have any ice and even though I put ketchup in the order for the nugget sauce and ordered extra ketchup under condiments there was absolutely not a packet of ketchup one in the bag

my Mcflurry was missing because the ice cream machine was down, my fries were soggy and limp and my nuggets tasted old
