Order is wrong every other time and some times they send you something that feels like a personal affront, like a Big Mac with nothing on it but onions or a mcchicken with an ungodly amount of mayonnaise.

my smoothie was not filled the whole way and as someone who used to be a trainer at McDonald's the smoothie mix looked chunky it should never look like that thumbs down
