The bagel on my BEC bagel was burnt and as hard as a rock. Very unacceptable for being first thing in the morning.

the big Big Breakfast with Bacon & Hotcakes meal are my favorite meals to wake up to, and it's always punctual fresh and ready thanks to the team at the restaurant and to all of the great dashers around. you are all greatly appreciated
