The coffee had too much cream and not enough coffee. They used a soft drink lid instead of a coffee lid to cover the coffee.

I ordered coffee and a caramel mocha. Instead of receiving coffee and caramel mocha, I received large and small coffees. This store is constantly messing up the orders.
