Caramel Sundae barely had any caramel. Took well over 30 minutes to make one Caramel Sundae and 2 Cookies .

This McDonald's made everything correctly and wen above and beyond and gave us 30 sauces!! Ivet never felt more seen than this by a fast food restaurant! Thanks!!

Meal removed from order due to "Out of Stock" with no option to substitute. Dasher attempted to ask questions and help find a solution but was told "we can't cook fish at this time". So they had fish just didnt want to cook it, if there were other reasons communicating with the Dasher to make sure the customer is informed.

I work 3rd shift and I am unable to leave the office to get food. This is why I use this service so much. McDonalds should have been ashamed of themselves for the fries they sent me last night. I think they were some old fries that they put back down in the grease to heat them up. They were so crunchy I could hardly eat them and still were cold. I tried warming them but they were just so hard. Everything else was good.
