Both double quarter with cheeses were really undercooked..fries were stale and soggy..chicken nuggets were cold. Big Macs were undercooked but not as bad. This is absolutely disgusting and this is after waiting over 2 HOURS for our food!!

My Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese had no bacon and was sloppily thrown together, toddlers chocolate milk was 75% frozen, zero straws.

Over $6 for a Steak Egg Cheese Bagel. I ordered 3, all are overcooked with no sauce (asked for extra) no onion (asked for extra) they are so dry it's like eating beef jerky off of a cracker. Thrown away
