Missing food from order. No 2nd bag per driver. Big Mac buns were stale and hard. Lettuce was wilted. Very little Mac sauce.

Our food was great and still warm when it arrived, and we received the ranch sauces, which is a must! The only problem we did encounter was two 10pc nuggets were ordered but we only received one 10pc and a 6pc. Our dasher had messaged to say there was a long line upon their arrival to get our order so we know they were really busy. I did make a call to the store and spoke with Haven, who was super nice! He apologized for the issue, asked if everything else was satisfactory and confirmed I would need to contact DoorDash for a refund. He did offer to give us the missing nuggets if we wanted to go to the restaurant tomorrow but I thanked him and told him we would just contact DD. Great service tonight, Haven (and the rest of your crew), despite miscounting the nuggets. (We are pretty sure the boxes are different for the 6pc and 10pc., it's been too long since we have ordered a 6pc., but they had the correct box for a 10pc.. someone just forgot to add the other four.) Not that we are angry, and we cannot speak for all customers, but this family would rather wait an extra few minutes to get our order made fresh and correct than to be quickly pushed through a line only to have it messed up due to employees trying to beat drive-thru times, if that even applies to McDonald's. We know it does to certain other fast food restaurants. We've been on the employee side of it from multiple restaurants, and know it's stressful. Thanks again for a positive experience despite the negative!

the sandwich had nothing on it. no cheese Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal . and was burnt and dry. fries was cold. this was horrible food.
