I ordered a double quarter Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese today and it was actually hot and fresh and they didn't forget to put my bacon on it this time. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had from McDonalds. Somebody was on their game today. WTG!!

the strips were like rubber. the tea tasted like it had been sitting with ice in it all day and it melted. nothing sweet about it! I'd take this mess back if they're line wouldn't be so long or slow!

I ordered a mcdouble with shredded lettuces. A small fry and a large Carmel frappe. I had to wait forever which no big deal. I work in food service I know how it gets sometimes. But my fries are so hard I can't even give them to the baby. My frappe wasn't even a frappe. It had no coffee taste at all. It tastes like a vanilla shake with Carmel in it. It's gross. And considering how much I just paid for it and that I called to make sure they had the ingredients to make it before I ordered I excepted it to be right. very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

My pancakes were hard around the edges so couldn't enjoy them I didn't receive my hash browns and wasn't able to get the mocha frappe that I wanted due to machine being down which happens all the time!

I ordered two large Caramel Frappés extra caramel. I order this almost everyday. so I know what extra caramel looks like. and it cost more for it so I expect to get what I paid for. I get it and I told the woman at the window I paid for extra caramel and instead of making it right she got an attitude and said it has extra caramel in it. but extra Caramel goes inside the cup and then the regular amount on top. there wasn't any in the cup at all. so after all that I wasn't gonna keep waiting over a dollar but I drove away and looked at it again because yea, I was upset about it. I noticed the cup wasn't even full. I paid for a large, and it was a little over half full, and the rest was whipped topping. I wasted my money after waiting 20 mins in my hot car. It seems like every time I order something from McDonald's, it's wrong or missing stuff I paid for. Just yesterday, I ordered the Caramel Frappé with extra caramel, and it was right, but they didn't send a straw. I really don't know if my family will be spending $40 to only get $30 worth of our order anymore. I literally saw her making them and didn't realize they were mine because she didn't put extra caramel in it. I'm beyond mad the way she just lied with an attitude because she didn't want to take an extra min to just remake it.
