Look I've worked at these before so I get it but this was very low effort, very rushed.
French fries were stale. Chicken Big Mac® was not crispy, had too much sauce and had fallen apart. The boo bucket was broken when I opened the bag.

Normally location does pretty good and gets 5 stars, fresh fries, ect...
Today went to order door dash McDs and it initially said 15 min, then go to complete order and it will only let you "schedule for future" about 2+ hours away.
Then go to McDs app to order instead, paid $3 more through the app for same order to have it delivered by DD anyway.
No straws sent for Coke and Sprite, tasted watered down.
My $4.00 double hamburger was only a single burger.
Fries and Nuggets were good.

They gave hard as rock pancakes with a quarter of a third one tucked under the the other horrible top two. The egg McMuffin was old. The cheese was solidified on top of a black very badly burnt English muffin with an egg so old it was just disgusting.

Everyone wants to trash on McDonald's but they have gotten my food fresh (even the fries) and correct and delivered quick every time so far. Even packaged nicely. Thats how you have a happy customer!

we ordered the dinner box and a few extra items. every thing was thrown in the box. cheeseburgers and mcchicken were not fully wrapped and the fries were all over the box, cold, with no salt. I understand being under staffed. I don't understand carelessness
