my French fry box was half empty. food was warm and tasted good. I ordered a coffee with 3 sugar packets and 3 creamers. instead of giving me them on the side they put them in my coffee

Im not ord from mcdonald's again, they have on numerous order screwed up the order! This last time the 13 Cookie Tote cookies were hard as rocks! I've had a coup of drivers tell me that mcdonald's was rude to them.
