The food was hot and ready to eat. Everything was well packaged and arrived right on time. The strawberry creme pie is just as good as the apple pie. (we bought both) and it's a little less expensive

one steak bagel was supposed to have extra cheese and extra steak and didn't. it was overseasoned and the bagel was burnt. usually have good food and nothing is wrong but today was a disappointment
