I ordered from a McDonald's literally across the parking lot and it took over an hour for my food to arrive after saying an eta of 17 minutes food arrived cold, with wrong drink

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a mcChicken, nuggets and a dr. Pepper and I received a Big Mac 2 cheese burgers and 2 pops neither of which were dr.pepper. I was very disappointed and enraged a little that something so simple could be so wrong.
