They always end up messing up my order either forgetting an item or substituting your item with something completely different without telling you. I'd rather get a refund than a substitute I did not specify . Whenever I order sundaes they never fill up the cup like they usually do in store, and they barely put any caramel or fudge topping on it. It's straight vanilla ice cream. The sandiwches come all messy because they just slam together ingredients. For example my mc chickens always come covered in mayo because they don't care how it's made. You're better off ordering in person. This is for the palmetto Ave one. Haven't had this experience at other McDonald's in the area. They gotta get better night crew workers. I never have issues with my orders in person or on here during the day. Seems like night shift really doesn't care about quality.

Missing sweet n' sour sauce and the fries were ice cold and had no salt. The buns on the cheese burgers were stiff and stale tasting. Overall one of the worst meals from McDonald's we've ever had.

I ordered a mocha caramel shake and it was bad. I wished I ordered another choco shake. I can't put my finger on it (the taste) but it was bad the first few sips I took. It was to much coffee flavor & it had ice crystals in it, like it had been frozen before I got it.
