arrived hot and ALL instructions were followed..received all sauces and everything!

I order often because of proximity to my condo and price. I have not been reviewing, yet I am disappointed in burgers, fries or McNuggets each time. The fries are always hard whether hot or cold. The Double Cheeseburger or McDouble always have tough buns and meat has no taste. The McNuggets are always overcooked making the breading extremely tough and meat dry. The McGriddle is often times tough around the outside. Also cheese on burgers or Mcgriddles does not melt and pieces fall off in package.

Everything was perfect except I ordered the southern sweet tea and it wasn't sweet at all. It was also so full of ice that there was hardly any tea in it. This really disappointed me because I love McDonalds.

My chicken strips were burned so I called McDonald's SPB and the manager put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. Would not recommend this location.
