The food and especially the coffee is great but they almost always leave you with an item missing every time. Who's the one filling and checking the orders?

I called Door Dash to add the item missing.Customer service called dasher to make sure it was with the order.The dasher didn't check it ???Item was not with the order and the bacon wasn't fully cooked (mostly raw).

Very Fresh! However they mixed my tea with lemonade. Still good food.
