ordered extra pickles on all my 2 Cheeseburger Meal s and didn't get extra pickles in any. Also the fries were cold and tasted old

Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal with large fries and large coke. The burger was not only cold but also only a single patty quarter pounder, not a double. Fries were cold and so salty that I didn't even eat them. The only thing McDonald's got right was my large coke.
